Position

Specialises in legal advice on infrastructure investments throughout the preparation and implementation stages. He has taken part in negotiations and drafted contracts for entities from the road, rail, energy, telecommunications, water and sewage, and waste management sectors. As a member of various teams, he has implemented some of the most important public-private partnership projects in Poland, e.g. a waste incineration plant in Poznań, a road system in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship and the Eastern Poland Broadband Network. He has been involved in settling numerous disputes over infrastructure contracts, e.g. for delivery and maintenance of the first Polish high-speed trains and the design and construction of the Silesian Stadium. Advises companies in the infrastructure sector on corporate matters, representing clients at shareholders’ meetings and drawing up articles of association, share purchase agreements, and management and supervisory board by-laws.
