Career

Qualified in 1994; Deputy Head of the Legal Department, Privatisation Ministry (1990-92); Bureau of Government Plenipotentiary for Ownership Transformation, Finance Ministry (1989-90). Krzysztof has participated in legislative work for the Privatisation Act and Act on Companies with Foreign Participation. He also participated in the privatisation of the 'first five'. Krzysztof is the co-author and negotiator of Poland's first public company takeover arbitration cases connected with merger and acquisition transactions. He also speaks at numerous international conferences.

Position

Managing Partner since 1999 and co-founder of the firm, advising on M&A projects for both private and public markets to Polish and foreign firms, specialising in privatisation, capital markets and the trade in securities, as well as commercial and civil law. He has been recommended as a leading expert in these areas by Polish and foreign publications (Rzeczpospolita, Chambers & Partners, Legal500, etc.) for many years now. Attorney ad litem in national and international arbitration cases connected with merger and acquisition transactions and investment protection (BIT). An arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the Warsaw Chamber of Commerce and Arbitration Court at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan.
