Several years of experience in providing comprehensive tax advice to clients in matters relating to reorganisation, mergers and acquisitions, and the selection of effective tax structures for their operations and investments. He has been involved in developing and implementing a number of restructuring projects related to both the acquisition and operating activity of companies and has carried out numerous tax due diligences in various business sectors. Has extensive expertise in tax crime cases and tax litigation, particularly related to the implementation of effective tax structures. Advises clients on preparing and effectively implementing strategies in criminal proceedings and tax disputes. Represents clients before law enforcement authorities, the National Revenue Administration and courts.
