Specialises in business disputes, company law, including corporate cases, and white collar crime. He handles matters involving business law, family and succession law, and unfair competition. He provides legal assistance with the performance of commercial contracts. He advises clients in the manufacturing, consumer goods, agricultural, infrastructure, transport, healthcare and real estate sectors.

Jacek represents clients in pre-litigation negotiations before common courts and the Supreme Court and in arbitration proceedings.
