Specialises in dispute resolution, and civil and commercial law. She advises Polish and foreign clients at pre-trial, court and enforcement stages. She represents clients before ordinary and arbitration courts, including in proceedings before the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Arbitration Court at the Polish Bank Association in Warsaw. She has been attorney-in-fact in numerous disputes involving tort liability and disputes arising from contractual obligations, particularly those involving claims for damages. She advises clients in disputes in the automotive, construction, real estate, pharmaceutical and media sectors. She specialises in proceedings involving unfair competition, industrial property protection and protection of personal rights.
