Senior Associate in Infrastructure and Energy Practice. Specialises in public procurement law issues. He advises both contracting authorities and contractors (including foreign enterprises) at all stages of public procurement procedures. In his daily work, he prepares and reviews tender documentation, handles legal measures before the National Appeal Chamber and common courts and provides ongoing corporate advice.

He also has extensive training experience, including lecturing
to post-graduate students on public procurement law at one of universities in Warsaw.

He is also a member of the DZP’s Spanish desk.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
