His work at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications has involved cooperating with the Public Procurement Office in legislative work on the new Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019 and in developing good practices in the area of procurement, e.g. recommendations for the procurement of computer systems.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

Tomasz advises clients on all aspects of public procurement law and advises both contractors and contracting authorities at all stages of the procurement process. He supports contracting authorities as an expert witness and specialist in public procurement for tender committees. His professional interests particularly include IT, new technologies, media and telecommunications.
