Specializes in litigation and arbitration and is an expert in private and commercial law. He has acted for clients before common courts and arbitral tribunals in several cases, including a number of construction disputes, unfair competition and intellectual property disputes as well as matters concerning settlement of currency option debts. He participated in national and international arbitration proceedings conduced under the UNCITRAL arbiration rules, as well as under arbitration rules of ICC International Court of Arbitration, Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and Court of Arbitration at the Polish Bank Association.
