Aneil Balgobin has over 20 years’ experience advising businesses, senior executives and private individuals on their employment rights and obligations. He joins from a national firm where he was National Head of Employment Law and established an enviable track record of successfully resolving employment disputes for both employers and employees, as well as advising businesses on their HR strategies and policies. He has a particular expertise in advising employers and senior employees on restrictive covenants and their enforceability.
