Joy is a Partner in Simpson Millar’s Employment Law department, and has specialised in this area of law for more than 35 years.
She advises trade unions, professional associations, managers, senior executives and non-union employees on a wide range of employment issues.
Her clients work at all levels across sectors, including central government departments and public sector organisations, and can advise on when to settle by agreement, to make a legal challenge in an employment tribunal or go to Court.
