Andrew Weir is Head of Conveyancing at Anthony Gold.  He specialises in property services, based in our South London Office at London Bridge.  His main area of expertise is drafting and negotiating commercial leases for offices and other business premises, acting for developers, and undertaking a wide range of residential property transactions.

Andrew is a people person and immediately makes clients feel comfortable.  He is passionate about making conveyancing law, whether it be residential or commercial, simple.  His clients enjoy the confidence of knowing that all technical matters of the transaction are meticulously managed.
