Career
Christopher joined Anthony Gold in August 2022 as a Solicitor in the Commercial department, specialising in disputes surrounding wills, trusts and probate. His work encompasses disputes over the validity of wills, testamentary capacity, undue influence, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and disputes over the administration of trusts and estates. Prior to joining Anthony Gold, Christopher worked at a Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire, focusing on contentious trusts and probate litigation, where he also completed his training contract.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish from the University of Exeter in 2015. He then completed his Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Master of Science in Law, Business & Management (MSc/LPC) degree at the University of Law in London.
Christopher has completed the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) training course and is a member of the Contentious Trust Association (ConTrA).
