Position

Ryan specialises in contentious probate and trust matters, working as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial & Civil Litigation department, based at London Bridge. Ryan has considerable and varied experience in the field, where he can advise clients in relation to beneficiary disputes, claims for further provision, disputes on Wills, disagreements with trustees and also on disputed Court of Protection applications.

Career

Ryan first qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2011 where he practised in non-contentious wills and estate administration as well as contentious probate cases. He moved to the UK and has been practising here since 2015, additionally qualifying as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2017. Now his work is focussed on contentious estate and trust matters, and Court of Protection dispute work.

Education

Ryan studied a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Wollongong from 2006 to 2010, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the same University in 2011. He is also in the final year of the ACTAPS accreditation course at the University of Law.
