Senior Associate in the firm’s Civil and Commercial Litigation Department.

Career

Tom joined Anthony Gold in September 2015 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in September 2017. He has since specialised in contentious trust and probate litigation and now has a broad caseload which includes: will disputes, trust disputes, disputes involving Personal Representatives and trustees and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.  Tom often acts for the Official Solicitor.

Tom started the ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitors) diploma, in October 2018 and completed this in September 2020.

Tom was recognised as a “Key Lawyer” for Contentious Trust and Probate disputes in the 2020 and 2021 editions of the Legal 500.

Education

Studied law at Cardiff University and graduated in 2012 with a 2:1.  Legal Practise Course (LPC) at Cardiff Law School and graduated with a distinction in 2013
