Advising landlord, tenants, property guardian firms and agents on a broad range of property related disputes and housing matters including but not limited to residential possession claims, disrepair, new build claims, rent repayment orders, reviewing agreements, and regulatory matters including local authority enforcement action under the Housing Act 2004 and Housing and Planning Act 2016.
