Jakob Widner heads the firm’s Labour and Employment Law Practice and has twenty plus years of experience in advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, business and company sales and acquisitions, employee benefit arrangements (including pension and stock option plans) and company law issues relevant to directors and officers of Austrian companies.
