Career
Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1991. He is the head of Switalskis’ specialist Brain & Spinal Injury team and joint head of the firm’s Personal Injury department.
Mark is consistently praised by clients, leading counsel and counsel, for his excellent level of client care, attention to detail and commitment to securing early interim payments for rehabilitation.
He is often approached to take over cases from larger law firms, where the case has not been progressed or approached appropriately.
Drawing on his extensive experience, Mark is able to weave together the many and varied parts of evidence, to produce a coherent and strong case. His determination to secure excellent results for his clients is rewarded with feedback praising is caring attitude, approachability, empathy and tenacity.
Mark has dealt with cases across a wide spectrum of brain injury, through to the most serious, including minimally conscious clients. He also acts for clients on claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
