Alison has worked in the legal sector for 35 years. She is head of Switalskis Court of Protection, Health and Welfare department.

Alison is a Higher Rights Civil Advocate and a Law Society accredited Legal Representative panel member. She has a wealth of experience as a former Children panel solicitor and so is instructed on crossover cases when children move from children’s services to adult social care.
