Amir also handles complex charter party disputes in its capacity as a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitration Association (LMAA). Amir's activities involve negotiating and drafting of Charter Parties, joint ventures, and slot charters for major shipping operators. Amir is the legal advisor of the Israeli Chamber of Shipping, providing day to day legal advice to the local shipping agencies.
