Career
Neta Goshen Brami specializes in all aspects of labor and employment law.
Neta provides on-going legal advice to corporations and individuals with respect to all aspects of employment relations, including: employee recruitment, employment terms and conditions, compensation and retirement packages, HR policies, employment termination, as well as issues concerning sexual harassment, equal opportunities in the workplace.
Neta has extensive experience in complicated commercial reorganizations, mergers and acquisition, including, conducting due diligence, assessing legal risks, drafting employment-related provisions for all transaction documents, advising on aspects relating to the change of employers, and preparation of new employment agreements and retention agreements.
Neta assists employers in drafting versatile agreements, such as employment agreements, consulting agreements, non disclosure and confidentiality agreements, and separation agreements.
Neta also assists employers who wish to employ foreign experts and expatriates in the process of issuing working visas, preparing customized agreements and advising regarding implementation of the relevant Israeli laws.
Neta regularly appears before various judicial instances such as the regional and national labor courts. In addition Neta represents clients in procedures and hearings conducted by different governmental authorities such as application for termination of pregnant employees, employees on military reserve duty and other protected employees, requests for special work permits (weekend work, overtime etc.).
Neta has unique experience and qualification in negotiation and dispute resolution, and is a certified mediator.
Neta received her L.B., magna cum laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2006. In 2016 Neta also received an MA magna cum laude, from the Evans Program in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at Tel Aviv University.
Neta was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007.
