Naftali specializes in real estate law, planning and construction and commercial law. Naftali handles a wide-range of real estate and planning & construction projects throughout all their stages, including property & land acquisition, construction & management agreements, contracts with contractors and suppliers, engagement with entrepreneurs and government and municipal bodies, sale and rental agreements, land registration, as well as providing solutions to planning and construction issues.

He represents leading Israeli and International real estate companies, both private and public, and provides them with comprehensive ongoing legal counsel. Additionally, Naftali has expertise in the area of ​​real estate financing, including representation of large institutional entities in financing transactions of real estate projects and representation of real estate companies vis-a-vis banks and insurance companies.

Naftali joined the firm as an associate in 2010 and became a partner in 2018.
