Elizabeth is an attorney and economist specializing in equity-based compensation benefit plans, tax aspects of M&A transactions, and Israeli taxation.

Before joining the firm of Benjamini & Co, Elizabeth practiced as an attorney in IBI Capital trust department, specializing in managing employee's benefit plans, and prior to that, she practiced in a real estate department of a boutique law firm. Elizabeth specializes in equity compensation benefit plans taxation issues, submission of tax rulings to the ITA, Israeli taxation, and tax aspects of M&A transactions.

Membership of the Israel Bar Association since 2014.
