Ido provides expert legal advice concerning complex commercial transactions and a wide variety of commercial procedures. His practice extends over a wide range of matters connected within the corporate and commercial sphere.

Ido also represents international and domestic corporations, public companies, partnerships and venture consortia, both within Israel and abroad, with regard to projects in the field of renewable energy, such as solar energy and wind farms.

In addition, Ido offers expert counsel to start-ups and other technology companies across an array of sectors including internet technology, commerce, communications, medical devices, financial services, and advertising. Ido provides legal counsel with respect to all the stages of a company's development including in connection with equity financing, M&A events and sales.

Ido is also experienced in commercial litigation in the fields of contracts, corporations, administrative law and labour law.

Earlier in his career, Ido was a partner at Blusztein, Bar-Kahan, Zigenlaub & Co.
