Roni Osborne leads the firm’s Projects, Infrastructure and Energy Department, and specializes in representing public and private entities in international tenders and infrastructure projects, relating mostly to energy, natural gas and transportation.

Roni’s experience includes representing public and private entities throughout the tender process and throughout the development, financing, construction and operation phases of a project. He has extensive knowledge of the electricity and natural gas sectors, and he also advises clients in various environment-related matters.

Having received his LL.B., cum laude, from Bar-Ilan University in 2013 and his B.A. in business administration, cum laude, from the Lander Institute in Jerusalem, in 2010, Roni was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013. He joined the firm as a lawyer that year, and became a partner in 2022.
