Career

Boaz File is a litigator who specializes in complex commercial disputes, arbitration, administrative law and banking law. Within this framework, he represents banks in a wide range of matters, including those relating to claims for and against the bank, class actions against the bank, creditor arrangements, liquidations, foreclosures and the freezing of assets.

Boaz has gained substantive experience in litigation and arbitration involving residential and infrastructure projects, including schedule-related matters, sorting out issue in various areas of expertise with the aid of engineering and financial experts, and so forth.

Boaz represents some of the firm's largest commercial clients in complex litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution cases. He also has considerable experience in litigating matters that involve issues of administrative law, petitions to the High Court of Justice, tenders and education law.

Boaz received his law degree, magna cum laude, from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1999 and an LL.M. at the University of Tel Aviv in 2008, in a joint program with the University of California, Berkeley. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2000, joined the firm that year and became a partner in 2007.
