Dr. Orion, co-head of FBC’s Litigation Department and the head of the Class Actions & Derivative Suits practice, is recognized by international and domestic indices as one of Israel’s most highly-regarded litigators and one of the leading practitioners in the area of class actions and derivative suits.

His practice spans the field of complex commercial litigation, securities law matters, and international and domestic arbitrations, and he is a well-known speaker and author on a range of topics related to commercial litigation and class action defense.

Dr. Orion received his doctorate in 1996 from Harvard Law School in the fields of corporate law and securities regulation. He has also served as an assistant lecturer for contract law and held the position of editor and member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review.

Dr. Orion serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Israel Bar Association’s Class Actions Committee.
