Position

Mr. Shtang is a senior associate in FBC’s Tax practice.

 

His practice concentrates on a wide range of tax law matters, including domestic income taxation, international taxation, real estate taxation and VAT.

 

Mr. Shtang provides legal opinions and tax planning to domestic and multinational corporations and individuals and assists in obtaining tax rulings and other arrangements with the Israeli Tax Authorities.

 

He advises on tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, the laws for the encouragement of capital investments, as well as tax planning for clients of FBC’s Private Asset Management practice.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shtang worked as an accountant at Deloitte Israel.
