Efrat Sharon – FISCHER (FBC & Co.)

The planning and zoning practice at FISCHER (FBC & Co.) ‘offers a higher success rate in complex zoning matters’, according to some. Forming a key part of the firm’s dominant real estate offering, the team is equipped to handle all the planning aspects of large-scale residential, industrial and commercial developments. A trio of partners steer the team: Tali Salton-Yeshua is a ‘master of her craft’ and possesses full-spectrum planning and zoning expertise; Galit Shitzer represents both institutional and private entities in regulatory and contentious proceedings; and Efrat Sharon brings experience in each stage of the planning process. The group also draws on Amir Chen, who heads the overarching real estate department, and Jonathan Libchik.
