Mr. Kazelnik is a senior associate in the Cyber & Information Technologies practice of FBC’s Corporate Department, where he provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on hi-tech, venture capital, private equity financing and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Kazelnik also provides legal counsel and comprehensive guidance with respect to privacy and data protection, information security and various commercial cyber matters, as well as technology and information-oriented transactions and intellectual property.
