Position
Adv. Benjamin Rotenberg has many years of experience in providing legal-strategic counsel to large Israeli corporations regarding ,any diverse aspects of their activity. Among others, he advises on establishing commercial ventures from their initial stages, the establishment of factories in Israel and abroad, partnership agreements, franchisee agreements, state and international corporate tenders for franchisees and licenses, and more.
In this capacity, Benjamin accumulated significant experience in commercial law, M&A, antitrust, telecoms and media, administrative law, environmental law and regulation.
Benjamin has led various complex transactions over the years, including agreements for the establishment of a cellular company, the establishment of a commercial broadcasting corporation, regional radio stations, the acquisition of the controlling share of a large commercial bank, acquisitions of industrial companies in Israel and abroad, joint ventures for the establishment of factories, and more.
Benjamin possesses extensive experience in representing clients with regard to regulatory matters vis-à-vis the relevant authorities, government ministries and the Israel Competition Authority, as well as in Knesset committee deliberations. Among others, he played a key role in the legislation process of the Deposit Law on Beverage Containers, the Law for the Second Authority for Television & Radio, the Communications Law (Bezeq and Transmissions), and the Packaging Law.
Alongside his professional activities, Benjamin is a member of the National Disciplinary Court of the Israel Bar Association, and served as a director in several industrial companies in Israel and abroad.
Benjamin is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
