Adv. and CPA Liraz Navon Tubul specializes in various taxation aspects as part of large-scale commercial transactions and complex litigation proceedings, including corporate and individual tax; capital markets tax; restructuring; public and private offerings of shares, debt and complex financial products; and liquidation.

Liraz possesses extensive expertise regarding income tax in Israel, international taxation, corporate and individual tax, capital markets, real estate tax, and more.

Among Liraz’s clients are public and private companies from a wide variety of sectors, high net worth individuals, and leading financial institutions. She represents her clients in numerous matters, including representation before the tax authorities and various courts and tribunals, as well as in transactions and commercial activities.

Liraz lectures on tax subjects in several academic institutions, including the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Ruppin Academic Center.
