Position

With almost 30 years of experience in the Israeli market, Adv. Richard J. Mann leads a team of experienced attorneys who focus on representing Israeli and foreign clients in implementing complex cross border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity financings and secured and unsecured finance transactions. His clients include acquirers and targets, leading international private equity, growth and venture capital funds, strategic and financial investors, and joint venture partners.

Rick also represents issuers and leading underwriters in public offerings in the United States and London, and advises Israeli companies on ongoing SEC and stock exchange regulatory matters.

Rick is consistently ranked as one of Israel’s top lawyers in the corporate, capital markets and hi-tech fields by international rankings such as Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.

Rick previously worked as a corporate and tax attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, New York (1988-1992), and as legal counsel to the Defense Ministry in New York (1992-1995).
