Aviad Feldman is partner in the firm’s Hi-Tech and Investment Funds Department.

Aviad specializes in planning, structuring and negotiating complex financing, commercial, technology and joint venture transactions, and in the formation of hedge funds and venture capital funds.

Aviad’s practice includes consultancy to entrepreneurs, investors and high-tech companies acting across a wide range of industries and sectors, in their domestic and cross-border commercial and financial transactions, including financing and fund raising, strategic alliances and partnerships, joint ventures and collaboration, intellectual property and technology licensing, and manufacturing, marketing, resale and distribution agreements.

In addition, Aviad advises clients in connection with their day-to-day management, general corporate matters, employment relations and human resources considerations.
