Industry and Regulation Department

Adv. Arad is a partner in the Industry and Regulation Department, and specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, including class actions, media law, libel, privacy protection and commercial law.

Adv. Arad possesses unique expertise in representing clients in complex commercial class actions in various sectors, including consumer claims and claims in the fields of food, telecommunications and media, antitrust and accessibility. Adv. Arad represents clients before all courts and tribunals.

In addition, Adv. Arad accumulated extensive experience in drafting proposals for new legislation and participates in legislative hearings in various Knesset committees.

Adv. Arad is a certified mediator, and serves as an arbitrator in complex disputes.
