Aya Yoffe is the managing partner of Gross & Co., and specializes in corporate law, securities and finance. Aya has extensive experience in raising public and private capital and debt, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and in providing ongoing advice and support to public companies, boards of directors and independent committees. In addition, Aya specializes in representing companies and creditors in debt settlements and insolvency proceedings.

Aya joined Gross & Co. in 1993 and became a partner in 1999.
