Career

Idan Fefer began practicing labor law in 2007.

Throughout his career, Idan has represented both employers and employees, as well as unions of both employers and employees, before courts and tribunals; also, Idan has provided companies with legal advice on private and collective labor law issues, ongoing consultancy, composing labor agreements, and legal opinions on various matters.

Idan has developed a unique expertise in the specific fields of labor law and has a wide range of knowledge and familiarity of the labor courts in Israel. Over the years, Idan has had tremendous legal success and achieved many accomplishments in several high-profile cases.

Idan provides legal counseling to his clients on a daily basis and finds creative solutions to the unique problems, dilemmas, and challenges that his clients face. Idan is trusted by our firm to be sensitive and assist each client based on his or her personal needs.

Idan’s knowledge and expertise have made him a well-known and respected name in the field of labor law, and his reputation and success in the litigation cases he has handled have earned him the respect of his colleagues and peers.

Idan gives lectures on a number of labor law issues to various institutions, including the Israeli Bar Association and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

Idan supervises interns and plays the role of mentor to younger lawyers in the labor department.

Idan completed his internship in one of the leading law firms in the labor field.  In 2011, Idan joined Yael Dolev’s law firm, which merged with Gross & Co. in 2013.
