Career
Sharon Kadosh joined Gross & Co. in 2007 after completing his LLM at Fordham University Law School, New York in Corporate, Banking and Finance Law.
Sharon concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on venture capital financing, public and private offerings, cross-border transactions, and M&A transactions.
Sharon represents technology and international clients across a range of industries and fields, including software, cyber, fintech, social media, mobile apps, and telecommunications.
Sharon has also been working closely with serial entrepreneurs and investors for many years, and assisting star-up companies with early stage start up corporate finance and incorporation (including founder agreements and founder’s vesting agreements, convertible notes, angel and VC financing rounds, and with other general corporate matters and commercial needs (such as licensing, commercial agreements, joint ventures, collaboration agreements, reseller and partner agreements.
Sharon advises venture capital funds and major multinational companies regarding a wide array of finance and investment agreements and complex international transactions, including merger and acquisition transactions and corporate finance.
Sharon is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Reichman University and College of Management teaching courses relating to hi tech law.
Sharon’s love of basketball urged him to continue playing basketball as a hobby for several Israeli basketball teams (currently, Kiryat Ono basketball team). Sharon heads the sports practice in the firm, and provides clients legal advice in sports law.
