As the Head of the Artificial Intelligence Practice Group at S. Horowitz & Co., Eyal leads a team at the forefront of global regulatory and legislative trends in AI. The group advises clients across multiple sectors on the development, licensing, protection, and use of AI technologies. Their expertise extends to navigating the complex legal, regulatory, and ethical challenges posed by AI, particularly as governments worldwide push for clearer frameworks in this rapidly evolving field.

Eyal’s work is especially relevant to the intersection of AI and intellectual property rights. He has authored a doctoral thesis on musical authorship in the age of artificial intelligence, alongside numerous influential articles, significantly contributing to the understanding and advancement of copyright issues in the arts as they relate to AI.

Previously, Eyal founded a Media & Entertainment boutique law firm and served as Head of Legal Affairs and Business Development at Israel’s leading record label, Helicon, which managed Universal’s music catalogue in Israel. His extensive experience representing top Israeli musicians and artists has positioned him as a key figure in the media and entertainment industry, with deep involvement in all aspects of content creation and protection.
