Career

Adi Hoffman is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the firm specialising in banking and securities disputes, shareholder disputes, and construction and infrastructure related disputes.

Adi has represented major financial institutions on numerous asset tracing proceedings, in particular the tracing of assets arising from fraudulent actions on the part of senior employees, and also represents domestic and international engineering, cement manufacturing and quarrying companies on national and multinational infrastructure projects being carried out in Israel.

In her construction and infrastructure practice, Adi assists in the representation of clients on class actions and complex high value contractual disputes, often relating to the progress and timely completion of major infrastructure projects and government procurement contracts. Adi also advises clients of the firm on the challenging and setting aside of decisions of public authorities which regulate the environment, in particular where such decisions affect the construction and operation of landfill sites and other construction projects in environmentally sensitive areas.

Adi joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2011, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
