Gal Arad Cohen is a partner in the firm’s Hi-tech department. Gal leads the firm’s Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets practice Group.

Gal and her team represent global blockchain, crypto and web3 enterprises, as well as innovative startups. They provide on-going legal and regulatory guidance, helping clients navigate the complex and evolving landscape of digital assets, focusing on structuring and designing innovative legal solutions for blockchain based products, that meet the legal and regulatory requirements worldwide.

Gal has extensive experience in the financial services sector, as in house and external advisor, both for traditional financial services institutions and the blockchain and cryptocurrency startups and enterprises. Her versatile background equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the financial world, enabling her to offer insightful and strategic legal counsel to clients from a diverse array of backgrounds.
