Career

Gilad Gafni is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Group and Commercial Litigation department.

In the IP world, Gilad’s expertise covers litigation, commercialization, and consulting in areas like copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret law. He also works in related fields such as internet law, privacy, and data protection.

Over the years, Gilad has provided ongoing advice, especially in digital copyright matters, to a diverse range of clients, including major media and entertainment networks, as well as some of Israel’s top academic, media, and financial institutions.

His practice also focuses on commercial litigation, where he represents both domestic and international companies in various disputes before Israeli courts and tribunals.

With extensive experience handling complex technology-related disputes, Gilad frequently advises on matters involving product liability, professional liability, torts, contracts, and insurance coverages.

In addition, he works closely with major international insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and insurance agencies, offering ongoing consultancy on Israeli insurance law and regulatory issues.
