Guy is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises on a broad range of corporate and securities-related matters, including corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, corporate structuring, founder agreements, insolvency, financial services regulation and telecommunications. He is described by the Legal 500 as being “extremely professional, experienced yet young and energetic, and very skilled in negotiation”.

Guy represents private organizations, non-profit organizations as well as government and public entities in diverse, complex commercial-related procedures and transactions (including mergers and restructuring) and also advises various types of corporations and their respective organs (general meeting, boards of directors, committees, management, etc.) on, inter alia, corporate capital market issues.

With extensive expertise in advising on regulatory issues spanning jurisdictions and sectors, Guy often acts for multinational and domestic entities in M&As where the target company engages in a specialized and regulated sector of industry such as telecommunications, insurance or financial services. Guy’s clients operate in a wide array of industries and sectors, including banking, financial services, energy, construction and infrastructure, technology, media and telecommunications as well as real estate.

Guy has published (and continues to so publish) articles and publications in the press; he also regularly gives talks on corporate law at training courses specifically earmarked for directors
