Evyatar is a partner and member of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the firm, and has extensive experience in acting for clients on a broad range of civil and contractual matters. Evyatar’s practice focuses on acting for clients in complex high value disputes in the real estate, energy, construction, telecommunication and media sectors.

Evyatar also advises on administrative law and is a skilled litigator in defending, challenging and seeking to set aside regulatory and ministerial decisions before the full range of Israel’s administrative and civil courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court and the Court for Administrative Affairs.

Evyatar is highly experienced in acting for clients that operate in the fuel and energy sector and, particularly, in representing energy companies before the State Comptroller and the relevant regulators, including in connection with civil disputes.

Evyatar has successfully represented numerous public bodies and other audited bodies before the State Comptroller, the outcome of which led to a significantly softened version of the relevant draft reports and the deletion of problematic statements and recommendations from those reports.

Evyatar also has considerable experience in acting for clients in the real estate/land use sector and, particularly, in representing companies tasked with organizing and managing purchasing groups, and has successfully advised, supported and provided guidance to these clients in connection with disputes related to real estate projects intended to be embarked upon, launched and developed by the relevant purchasing groups.

Evyatar’s portfolio of clients includes, inter alia, public and privately held companies, government companies, diverse public bodies, prominent public officials and institutions of higher education, on whose behalf he provides representation on a broad spectrum of matters falling within his specialist practice area.

Evyatar joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2005, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli practitioner.
