Yair Ziv is partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the firm. He has extensive experience representing clients before all levels of Israeli courts, as well as the Israel Patent Office, on patent infringement actions, oppositions, revocations, patent term extensions and the enforcement and protection of patents, whether as a domestic action or as part of a coordinated international enforcement action or proceedings challenging an IP right.
