Navdip is a highly experienced and shrewd Personal Injury Litigator with an exceptional track record in delivering great results for his clients.  Recognised as a top ranked lawyer by Chambers & Partners, his particular area of expertise involves complex and challenging high value brain and head injury cases in both adults and children, with a majority of his cases being litigated in the High Court (King’s Bench Division).

Adopting a collaborative approach with defendant insurers and their legal teams, Navdip is highly recommended for brain injury litigation. He has an outstanding record in dealing with multi-million-pound settlement with an A list of counsel and medical experts at his fingertips.  He exclusively deals with brain injured clients involved in aviation, motor and clinical negligence litigation.

His current caseload includes a multi-million pound gliding accident, a high-speed road traffic accident (RTA) valued at £5 million, a child pedestrian valued at 12 million, and cases in the Film and TV production industry.
