Associate

Darshan is an admitted attorney, trade mark practitioner and associate in the Trade Mark Litigation department. He served his articles of clerkship at Adams & Adams after obtaining his LLB degree (Cum Laude) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2018. In 2021, Darshan was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. In 2023, Darshan was inducted as a Fellow of The South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) and trade mark practitioner. He assists in an extensive range of litigious intellectual property matters in South Africa, and throughout Africa.
