Michalis Kosmopoulos is head of Drakopoulos's Intellectual Property and Data Protection teams.

Diligent and immensely knowledgeable, Michalis has broad experience counselling international businesses across a wide range of industry sectors on Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Compliance matters.

He holds the IAPP CIPP/E and CIPM certificates all under ISO 17024 and is a designated DPO, for companies in Greece and the European Union.

Michalis is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), a member of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center, a member of the Pharmaceutical Trademarks Group (PTMG), a member of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Athens Bar Association.
