Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Lyvia in its entry into a SEK 1.466 billion credit facilities agreement with Danske Bank and DNB
The credit facilities agreement consists of credit facilities in a total amount of SEK 1.466 billion, comprising a revolving credit facility in an amount of SEK 346 million and a credit facility in an amount of SEK 1.120 billion.
