Rashed is an advocate with Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants in Dubai. As a qualified Emirati lawyer, he has full rights of audience before all levels of the UAE courts. Rashed has almost a decade of legal experience in the UAE in all major areas of law, including civil law, commercial law, criminal law, and other areas of litigation.

Rashed regularly works on corporate and commercial, litigation, IP, criminal and bankruptcy matters.      He represents a wide range of domestic and international clients from the sectors of banking, real estate and construction, in contentious matters and has developed expertise in the fields of arbitration. He has achieved prominent successes in numerous court cases and settlements for various clients, which include government and semi-government entities.

Prior to becoming a practicing lawyer, Rashed served for several years in the Dubai Municipality and in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and holds a degree in accounting from the Accounting and Auditors Association. This experience has provided him with an invaluable insight and greatly bolstered his legal expertise.
