Eslam is a dispute resolution Senior Associate at Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants Dubai office. His role is vital to the team in keeping their cases and clients up to date.

Eslam assists the legal teams in preparing all documents required to file a case, including researching and gathering evidence and documents, he also drafts all types of litigation and arbitration memos, schedules and administers full depositions of case witnesses and experts, analyzes the probable outcomes of a case using his expert knowledge of the UAE legal industry and legal precedents.

Eslam is a key member of the disputes team and relied upon day to day for proofreading documents including contracts, agreements and transcripts, as well as handling and attending expert meetings and reports. He regularly visits Dubai Courts when filing and issuing documents, he also assists with creating court and matter bundles. He is relied upon for his strong analytic skills and ability to recommend suitable case strategy decisions.
